Once that's done, the new website is basically finished

Woohoo I'm officially a CSS guru :P

Added homepage content and cleaned up the various pages dramatically.
It's looking quite good so far!

Users now can vie the website in a sensible fashion on their phones

* Refactor content structure
* Switch to SVG logo for easier theme switching
* Remove Bootstrap and use lightweight theming system
* Restructure markup slightly, to be more coherent
